1) Si el crucero no realiza la parada en el puerto donde compraste el tour, se realiza 100% de devolución del dinero.
2) Si el tour que contrataste no es posible realizar por falta de tiempo, se realiza 100% de devolución del dinero (esto aplica cuando la misma actividad que contrataste es cancelada por los tours oficiales del crucero, si ellos realizan los tours con normalidad, nosotros también los brindamos y no se realizan devoluciones)
3) Realizamos 100% devolución hasta 7 dias antes del tour.
